The first thing I see when I look out my window is my flag of the United States of America blowing in the breeze. Often, I will sit and gaze at the flag - great focus for thinking. These are my musings and ramblings, and, on occasion, rants... I am unapologetic in my support of our military, our country and my devotion to God. I will honor them and pay tribute to them here.
Along the side bar you will find tributes to Oregon's fallen warriors.

Afghanistan - Through the Eyes of Michael Ramirez
I don't often post on politics on this blog, but the current politics are adversely affecting out troops - people I know and care about.
It's time for the President to lead - something he doesn't seem to know how to do - but, when you have troops in the field and the generals ask for reinforcements, you provide them or you go home.
The images say it all, one would think that Presidents would have learned something or two from history; not so in the case of Obama. It's great to see that my former AI blog still forms part of your blogroll. Keep up the outstanding work!
The One is making me crazy, and not in that Chris Matthews tingly kinda way. And then there's the Cindy Renaissance... sheesh. It's a wonder I even get out of bed some days.
