The first thing I see when I look out my window is my flag of the United States of America blowing in the breeze. Often, I will sit and gaze at the flag - great focus for thinking. These are my musings and ramblings, and, on occasion, rants... I am unapologetic in my support of our military, our country and my devotion to God. I will honor them and pay tribute to them here. Along the side bar you will find tributes to Oregon's fallen warriors.

So sorry to hear of the loss of your cat (and in such a terrible way!) We had to put our 12 year old cat to sleep last week after she developed a tumor. Not the same as the awful thing that happened to your cat! but I understand the feeling of a hole in your life with a beloved pet gone.
And I'll say a prayer for you, neighbors who shoot pets sound unbelievably frightening!!

Thank you! I will never understand the evil that some people hold in their hearts. Wagon is doing well, though he hates me monitoring his "outside time" - I'm still a little obsessive about it.
I'm sorry to hear about your kitty. I lost my "old boys" - 18 and 19 in the last year. I know the pain that exists when you loose that precious part of your family.
