Jamestown Church

Jamestown went through a series of churches in the early years, which were repeatedly lost to fire. The existing church consists of the 1639 bell tower (far left on the top picture) and the church that was built for the 1907 300th Anniversary celebration.

Early gravestones from the 1600's remain in the church yard. The church was just a few steps from the fort.

Pictures from our trip to Jamestown.
